About / CAS Project
Inspire. Create. Become.
To educate, motivate, and empower students to build healthier, stronger, and more disciplined lifestyles through fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
FadeFitness combines a passion for fitness, visual storytelling and student wellness education. It is an IB CAS student initiative created so that every student can access useful fitness and wellness education, regardless of previous experience.
Fitness is more than physical appearance. It is about building discipline, confidence, consistency and long-term habits. FadeFitness promotes confidence, healthy habits, consistency and lifelong well-being.
What FadeFitness does
FadeFitness is a free student wellness hub that brings training, food and recovery into one place. It includes a full five-day workout split plus beginner two-day and three-day programmes, each written with sets, reps and simple notes so you know exactly what to do in the gym. A beginner's gym guide explains the five principles behind a safe start, and short educational videos cover lifting form, common mistakes, nutrition basics and mindset.
The nutrition section explains balanced eating, affordable meal ideas and what a plate should look like, without restrictive dieting or calorie counting aimed at students. The recovery pages cover sleep, rest days, mobility and injury prevention — the parts of training most people skip.
To turn reading into a habit, the site also runs an interactive 30-day wellness challenge with one small action a day, streaks and milestones, plus printable posters and QR codes so the resources can be shared around a school.
Who it's for
FadeFitness is written for secondary school and university students: complete beginners who have never touched a barbell, students returning to training after a break, and anyone who wants a straightforward answer without paying for a coach. You do not need an account to read anything here, and every plan can be adjusted to the equipment you actually have.
Who builds it
FadeFitness is designed and built by one student as part of the IB Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) programme. Every guide, plan and poster is created in-house, and the feedback form on this page decides what gets added next. It is educational content, not medical advice.
